Qatari club Al Gharafa are willing to make a substantial deal to sign Everton striker Cenk Tosun, according to Sky sources.
The transfer window at Qatar does not shut before September 30 and Al Gharafa are currently all targeting the 28-year-old, who has dropped down the pecking order.
Tosun and at all this season have not played and didn’t create the Toffees’ squad for Sunday’s Premier League defeat.

Tosun, meanwhile, has featured just in the EFL Cup win at Lincoln this period, having turned down moves back to Turkey in favour of fighting for a place under Marco Silva.
As registering up for the club in January 2018, the Turkey striker scored just 3 goals from 10 Premier League starts last season and has scored only nine goals in 44 appearances over.
