NASCAR is currently taking a break and this weekend’s event heads to the half-mile place at Bristol Motor Speedway.
While the racing will be changing up a bit at the moment, the storylines stay virtually the same: Kyle Busch has had one of the greatest cars every week, Kevin Harvick is still searching for his first triumph and Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will probably be lurking for their third victories. The past is the past, though, and Busch has all the background at Bristol Motor Speedway, together with seven career wins at the trail with 10 5s and 15 top 10s to his name there, also. He will be searching for his third win and won last year’s race , however it should be noted he has wrecked in three of his final eight races in Bristol, so there’s some danger here.
Harvick has become the very best in terms of consistency in memory, although keselowski and Hamlin don’t really have the same track record since Busch in the track. He hasn’t finished outside the top 10 in his past seven races and has just two wins there.
History says he should factor into the triumph, but he hasn’t really had the car this season to acquire and that cannot be overlooked. It’s really hard to call it being made by him into victory lane.
We are going with Busch because he has factored into the laps in each race, has the auto and loves Bristol he’s been in this year by the Cup Series on down to the Trucks.
